[Openid-specs-ab] New Revisions of OpenID4VP and OpenID4VCI published

Hi all, 

I included the wrong URL for OpenID 4 VCI in my post. It was the URL to the second source of OpenID4VP (the editors revision). 

Here are the correct URLs for OpenID 4 VCI:
