In Section 3 the description of the Pre-Authorized CodeFlow sequence diagram says:  
"\(3\) The Wallet uses information from the Credential Offer to obtain the Credential Issuer's metadata including details about the Credential that this Credential Issuer wants to issue. This step is defined in Section 4." However, Section 4 does not describe how to get the Issuer Metadata and is missing a link to Chapter 10.2.
