[Openid-specs-ab] Making easier to receive feedback on the drafts

Documenting received feedback:

  *   "draft specifications should have a URL to the Bitbucket  so that people can raise issues when they read the draft".
  *   "openid.net draft should indicate it is a WG draft and openid.binbucket.io should say it is an editors draft".

Sounds reasonable to me.
