[Openid-specs-ab] Second Errata Set for OpenID Connect Specifications Approved

This unblocks submission of the OpenID Connect specs for ISO Publicly Available Submission (PAS) status.  Approved PAS submissions are published as ISO specifications.

Thanks to all who requested corrections for the issues you identified in the specs over the last 9 3/4 years!
