[Openid-specs-ab] [Bitbucket] Issue #1353: Can RPs getting back to the right SIOP the second time? (openid/connect)

I tried to leave a comment, but i guess that doesn't work on closed items,
and i don't want to reopen this issue.
BUT. -- universal link/app link is the NOT THE answer TO ANY PROBLEM THAT
DOES NOT INVOLVE THE RP CREATING THEIR OWN WALLET.
