I wonder if there are any particular reasons to mention/specify the HTTP header [Last-Modified](https://httpwg.org/specs/rfc9110.html#field.last-modified) in almost all provided examples \(Federation Entity Configuration Response and others\). It seems to be unnecessary to do.
