[Openid-specs-ab] Reminder of time change for Connect call today

The Thursday call is pegged to Japanese time.  Given the daylight savings time change, it's now an hour earlier for US and I believe EU participants - 3pm Pacific Time.  Join at https://www3.gotomeeting.com/join/695548174.

We'll discuss this PR for the Native SSO spec https://bitbucket.org/openid/connect/pull-requests/366 and possibly some others.
