\(applies to all openid4vc specs\) before ID call, clean up Holder-Wallet-End User terminology.

I am pretty happy with below definitions

> Holder  An entity that receives Verifiable Credentials and has control over them to present them to the Verifiers as Verifiable Presentations.

and

> Wallet   An Entity used by the Holder to receive, store, present, and manage Verifiable Credentials and key material. 

I don’t believe we need below end-user definition from errata in openid4vc specs
