In [4.6 Federation Entity](https://openid.net/specs/openid-connect-federation-1_0.html#rfc.section.4.6) we have trust\_marks in the metadata of the entity.  
Is this a typo error? The trust mark are intended to be defined in the top level of the entity configuration of any entity.
