[Openid-specs-ab] Editor's drafts of Front-Channel Logout, Back-Channel Logout, and Federation posted

I've posted current editor's drafts of these specs at https://openid.bitbucket.io/connect/.  The changes to the logout specs are the result of working group last call (WGLC) comments.  The changes to the Federation spec resolve some of the recent issues filed.

One open issue remains for the logout specs<https://bitbucket.org/openid/connect/issues?status=new&status=open&component=Logout>.  Eight open issues remain for the Federation spec<https://bitbucket.org/openid/connect/issues?status=new&status=open&component=Federation>.
