[Openid-specs-ab] Connect call cancelled - SIOP call NOT cancelled

The OpenID Connect call scheduled for the top of the hour is cancelled due to a conflict with the OAuth working group meeting at the same time at IETF in Vienna.

The SIOP call an hour from then is NOT cancelled.  It will be held at the scheduled time.  Dial in at https://global.gotomeeting.com/join/181372694.
