Calling Mechanisms to Obtain Metadata Just-in-time of the Request defined on [Self-Issued OpenID Provider v2](https://openid.net/specs/openid-connect-self-issued-v2-1_0.html#section-9.2.1) `registration` might be misleading since RP/OP are not necessarily `registering` the obtained metadata and treating it as ephemeral?
