[Openid-specs-ab] Editorial updates made to SIOPv2 and OIDC4VP drafts

The public review announcement at https://openid.net/2021/12/17/first-public-review-period-for-openid-connect-siopv2-and-oidc4vp-specifications-started/ has been updated to add this notice:

Note that on January 28, 2022 updated versions of both specifications were published that addressed editorial issues identified during the review period. Please review these instead of the original drafts referenced above. The updated drafts are openid-connect-self-issued-v2-1_0-07<https://openid.net/specs/openid-connect-self-issued-v2-1_0-07.html> and openid-connect-4-verifiable-presentations-1_0-08<https://openid.net/specs/openid-connect-4-verifiable-presentations-1_0-08.html>.
