[Openid-specs-ab] OpenID for Verifiable Presentations over BLE (Request for WG Adoption)

Thank you for putting this spec together in such a short time frame. I 
support the adoption.

The appeal and convenience of "offline" transactions that happen 
quickly, easily and reliably should not be underestimated. I believe 
enabling VP to work via BLE or NFC will be a big deal for the overall 
OpenID4vc adoption.
