It is a good practice to refer to a figure from the main text. Currently, Figure 2 is not referenced. 

Proposal

Change “Below is a diagram of a Credential issuance using Pre-Authorized Code flow.” to “Figure 2 is a diagram of a Credential issuance using Pre-Authorized Code flow.”
