[Openid-specs-ab] Working group last call for unmet_authentication_requirements specification

It was decided on today's OpenID Connect working group call to start the working group last call for https://openid.net/specs/openid-connect-unmet-authentication-requirements-1_0.html.  Please review the draft and get any comments in within the next two weeks - before Thursday, September 8th.  Comments requesting changes should preferably be filed as issues at https://bitbucket.org/openid/connect/issues?status=new&status=open.
