New issue 1607: New well known  for issuing?

/.well-known/openid-configuration

 is used when talking to an Open ID Provider \(IdP\)  

and /.well-known/oauth-authorization-server 

is used when talking to a standard oath authz server.

The former is an enhancement of the latter.

Should the OIDC4VCI spec define a new well known endpoint  for verifiable credential issuing, such as

/.well-known/vc-issuer-configuration

??

If not, why not?
