[Openid-specs-ab] Notice of delegated authority to run Connect working group calls

The Connect working group chairs, Nat Sakimura, John Bradley, and Mike Jones, have decided to delegate authority to Kristina Yasuda to run working group calls in our absence.  Thanks, Kristina, for being willing to step up to do that!
