The federation spec introduces a new metadata parameter “request\_authentication\_methods\_supported“, which includes the value “private\_key\_jwt”  but does not define a corresponding parameter “request\_authentication\_signing\_alg\_values\_supported” publishing the supported signature algorithms for private\_key\_jwt.
