[Openid-specs-ab] Canceled: [bi-weekly] SIOP Special Topic Call (Pacific)

Chairs of the SIOP special call decided to cancel this week's Pacific SIOP call to give more time to work on the PRs (resolvable entity statements, security considerations, cross-device SIOP are few outstanding ones).
