The `OIDC4VP` [normative reference](https://openid.net/specs/openid-connect-self-issued-v2-1_0-06.html#name-normative-references) has a title of `OpenID Connect Core 1.0 incorporating errata set 1`. This is the same as the reference below, so it appears to be a copy/paste error. The actual title should probably be `OpenID Connect for Verifiable Presentations`.
