[Openid-specs-ab] SIOPv2 and OIDC4VP - latest versions for the Foundation-wide Implementer's Draft review published

Hi All,

The latest versions of Self-Issued OpenID Provider v2 and OpenID Connect for Verifiable Presentations specifications are published at https://openid.net/specs/openid-connect-self-issued-v2-1_0-06.html and https://openid.net/specs/openid-connect-4-verifiable-presentations-1_0-07.html.
These are the versions that will be the basis of the Foundation-wide Implementer's Draft reviews.

We would like to thank everyone for contributing to the progress of these specifications, and to say a special thank you to those of you who have submitted review comments, issues, and PRs in preparation to the Implementer's Draft.

Really looking forward to continue working together on progressing these specifications.
