[Openid-specs-ab] Working group reviews of SIOP V2 spec due Friday

As decided during the 2-Dec-21 call, the working group is requested to review the Self-Issued OpenID Provider v2 specification at https://openid.net/specs/openid-connect-self-issued-v2-1_0.html and get review comments in by this Friday, December 10th in preparation for an OpenID Foundation-wide review of the specification as a proposed Implementer's Draft.
