[Openid-specs-ab] Working group reviews of OIDC4VP spec due Friday

As decided during the 2-Dec-21 call, the working group is requested to review the OpenID Connect for Verifiable Presentations specification at https://openid.net/specs/openid-connect-4-verifiable-presentations-1_0.html and get review comments in by this Friday, December 10th in preparation for an OpenID Foundation-wide review of the specification as a proposed Implementer's Draft.
