[Openid-specs-ab] SIOP spec for WG review prior to Implementer's Draft review

I've posted the updated SIOP V2 draft at https://openid.net/specs/openid-connect-self-issued-v2-1_0-05.html for working group review during the next week, prior to us starting the foundation-wide review for Implementer's Draft status.  We'll publish -06 incorporating your review comments, which will be the basis of the proposed Implementer's Draft.  Get your reviews in early next week, if at all possible.

Thanks to Kristina for wrangling the pull requests that got it to this point.
