[Openid-specs-ab] Connect Call Note for 2020-09-24 (Atlantic)

I thought it was discussed and resolved to that direction last November but
I do not see it in the meeting notes.
Given the situation, the closest thing that I can find is

A work item[1] has already been adopted in this direction endorsing the
approach.
