[Openid-specs-ab] I propose that we cancel tomorrow's call and instead the workshop instead

The OpenID Virtual Workshop will start two hours after our scheduled call.  See https://openid.net/2020/04/27/openid-foundation-virtual-workshop-may-21-2020/.  I propose that we cancel tomorrow's call and have everyone attend the workshop instead.
