[https://openid.net/specs/openid-connect-core-1\_0.html#SelfIssued](https://openid.net/specs/openid-connect-core-1_0.html#SelfIssued) specifies the use of the openid: URI scheme in self-issued OP responses.  However we never registered this URI scheme.  We should do so.
