[Openid-specs-ab] Please review WebID proposal from Google

Hi,

Google has officially moved their WebID proposal (browser specific 
identity APIs) to the W3C Incubator Community Group (WICG) so it now has 
proper IPR tracking and protection. Note that this proposal does impact 
current OpenID Connect flows.

Please review the explainer and the issues and comment or add new issues 
to the project.
