[Openid-specs-ab] Timeslot poll for WebID Special Topics Call

Hi all,

As discussed on the last OIDC call, we’d like to start having bi-weekly special topics calls for WebID which will report back in to the main OIDC calls. This is to help get through more topics on the two working group calls.
