[Openid-specs-ab] Migrating the Connect repository from Mercurial to Git on Monday

Subject: Migrating the Connect repository from Mercurial to Git on Monday

I propose that we migrate the Connect repository https://bitbucket.org/openid/connect/ from Mercurial to Git on Monday.  If there are any reasons not to do so, please let us know.

We'll maintain the old repository at https://bitbucket.org/openid/connect.mercurial/ for reference purposes until Atlassian deletes it at the end of May.
