[Openid-specs-ab] Android AppAuth Maintainer

Hi,

A good while ago, Verizon Media offered to take over the 
responsibilities of maintainer for the Android AppAuth OpenID Foundation 
library. Anand (cc'd) is the specific person within the org willing to 
take on those responsibilities.

Is this still needed? And if so, what are the next steps?
