[Openid-specs-ab] Next OpenID Connect WG Call

Hi all,

can we use the upcoming call on 12 the of Sept to discuss whether https://openid.net/specs/openid-connect-4-identity-assurance-1_0.html is good to enter implementers draft stage?

Here is the list of open issues: https://bitbucket.org/openid/connect/issues?component=Assurance&status=open&status=new

I think they can be resolved later
