[Openid-specs-ab] Please certify your OP logout implementations

The certification team has released the OP logout tests to production.  If you support any of RP-Initiated Logout, Session Management, Front-Channel Logout, or Back-Channel Logout, please run these tests now.  Getting test coverage on implementations is an important step towards the working group being able to decide to take the logout specs to Final status.

The OP logout testing instructions are at https://openid.net/certification/logout-op-testing/.  The first set of logout certifications are already in place at https://openid.net/certification/#Logout_OPs, thanks to Filip Skokan!

Certification is free to members now because these profiles are in pilot mode.

P.S.  These tests currently require support for Dynamic Client Registration.  I'll send another update once these can be tested for OPs using static client registration.
