[Openid-specs-ab] Status on Session Management, Front-Channel Logout and Back-Channel Logout

All 3 specifications in $sub have been in draft for a while now and are all
important specifications and as far as I'm aware there are no alternatives
here.

What is the status on these specifications are they abandoned or are there
plans to finalise these?
