[Openid-specs-ab] Support for legal persons within identity assurance work

Hi Umanitarians,

This issue (most likely deferred post implementors-draft) is open for 
our OpenID Connect Identity Assurance work.

It is addressing how to support "legal persons" within this framework. 
Given all the work that UMA has done around "legal persons" I wanted to 
reach out and see if there are any suggestions/recommendations.
