[Openid-specs-ab] Native SSO for Mobile Apps - published on website

Hi,

The Native SSO for Mobile Apps draft has been published on the OpenID 
Connect working group specs page. You can find the link here:

This spec enables mobile applications written by the same company (more 
specifically signed by the same certificate) to bootstrap the 
authentication from one app into another app without the user needing to 
go through a web flow.
