[Openid-specs-ab] Problems starting the Connect call

It turns that because gotomeeting has apparently added multi-factor authentication to the account owner login, it seems that unless Nat is present, we currently don't have the ability to start the call.

I'll work with the chairs to remedy the situation in the future.
