[Openid-specs-ab] JWE compression/deflate support

Hi everyone,
As part of Google's JWT connect library effort, we're trying to determine how widely supported is the JWE compression for the plaintext before encryption and whether if it's useful to add such support into the library. Any feedback is much appreciated. Thank you.
