[Openid-specs-ab] New version of the OIDC fed draft

Hi!

Some rewrite and the addition of an example of an explict client registration.

The automatic build of text and HTML version at github fails due to SSL problems.
Not sure I can do anything about it.
So you may have to build your own versions.

Just push a txt version to the github repo so there is something that is human readable.
