[Openid-specs-ab] Submission: Native SSO for mobile app with same signing key

Hi,

As I brought up during a previous working group call. Here is a PDF that 
describes a method to leverage the token-exchange spec to enable mobile 
apps signed by the same signing key to share logged in users.

I don't have an ascii text version so am attaching a PDF.
