[Openid-specs-ab] Additional resources to the FAPI and Open Banking efforts?

It was mentioned on the OIDF board minutes that additional resources are 
needed for FAPI and Open Banking efforts, including for certification.

Gluu can offer resources. We plan to have complete alignment with FAPI 
in version 3.2 of the Gluu Server, so we are writing our own internal 
tests anyway. Perhaps someone on the board can elaborate on what's 
needed? Perhaps others on this list might also pitch in?
