Also, Norway's BankID seems to support OpenID Connect.

BankID is a commercial collaboration between the banks. I am not sure if they are offering an OpenID Connect interface themselves, or if it is provided by a third party comercial company, Signicat.
However the norwegian eID solution, ID-porten, is offering OpenID Connect interface. (so the wiki is wrong about that).

They also promote OpenID Connect as the preferred interface for all norwegian services that would like to join eIDAS the international federation of eID providers.
The norwegian federation for education and research went into production with OpenID Connect as the preferred interface in March 1st 2016. (pilot started in 2015)

The norwegian health sector went into production with a national-wide OpenID Connect platform for authenticaiton, on November 20th 2017.

We have a successfull collaboration between education, health and eID when it comes to OpenID Connect. There also is a significant interest in OpenID Connect Federation in this group.
