[Openid-specs-ab] Errata edits for your reviewing pleasure

I've applied an number of the approved errata resolutions to the OpenID Connect specifications.  This information is for those of you who want to follow the errata editing work as it occurs.

I've posted HTML versions rendering the current bitbucket sources<https://bitbucket.org/openid/connect/src/default/> at https://openid.bitbucket.io/connect/.  (These HTML files used to be at openid.bitbucket.com but Atlassian changed its location.)  You can compare these drafts to the production drafts from openid.net/specs/, which are listed at http://openid.net/wg/connect/status/.

Digging deeper, you can see changelogs for the changes since Errata Set 1 in the current editor's drafts.  For instance, you can see the changelog for Discovery since Errata Set 1 at https://openid.bitbucket.io/connect/openid-connect-discovery-1_0.html#History.  One change you can see is that the new IANA Considerations subsection https://openid.bitbucket.io/connect/openid-connect-discovery-1_0.html#MetadataRegistry will register the OP metadata values unique to this specification in the IANA OAuth Authorization Server Metadata registry established by RFC 8414<https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc8414>.

The errata issues are tracked under the Errata milestone<https://bitbucket.org/openid/connect/issues?status=new&status=open&milestone=Errata>.  I'll be making updates to the editor's drafts as I apply the approved issue resolutions.

If you think we're missing any errata issues, now's the time to bring this to our attention!
