[Openid-specs-ab] Connect and EAP calls in the morning

I've been super busy this week finishing some IETF stuff before the Monday submission cut-off (some of it very Connect-related) and am unlikely to be up and functional at 7am for the call.  For EAP, maybe I'll be able to use the 8am call timeslot to publish the updated Connect Token Binding doc that Brian mostly took lead on producing this time.
