[Openid-specs-ab] Dynamic Client Registration added to AppAuth for iOS & macOS!

Thanks to Samuel Gulliksson's contribution
<https://github.com/openid/AppAuth-iOS/pull/22>, AppAuth for iOS & macOS
now supports dynamic client registration!  Version 0.8.0 includes the
feature.

To try out dynamic registration in the included example, simply set
kClientID to 'nil', set your preferred (dynamic client registration
supporting) issuer, make up a redirect (e.g. com.example.app:/redirect),
and you're good to go!

This was a major contribution to the codebase, thanks Samuel for the great
work.
