[Openid-specs-ab] Spec call notes 3-Apr-17

On Friday at IETF in the OAuth WG meeting https://tools.ietf.org/html/
draft-campbell-oauth-mtls-00 was discussed (which is a successor to the doc
referenced below). The minutes haven't been posted yet but the slides are
up https://www.ietf.org/proceedings/98/slides/slides-
98-oauth-sessb-mutual-tls-00.pdf

There seemed to be strong support in the room for adopting the document as
a WG item. I/we need to get the chair to do a formal call for adoption on
the WG list.
