[Openid-specs-ab] Question about text in Third Party Initiated Login

what is the sentence, "This login initiation endpoint can be a deep link at
the RP, rather than a default landing page." supposed to mean?  I was
recently talking about 3rd party initiated login with a developer and those
words were the source of some confusion. Is the intent to say that the user
can end up at a deep link at the RP via starting at the login initiation
endpoint and using the target_link_uri parameter or something along those
lines? The login initiation endpoint itself isn't a deep link but the text
in that sentence reads like it is.
