Preparing for IETF 96 Berlin
                John and Mike discussed things we should try to get done before
                The Internet Draft submission cut-off day is 2016-07-08 (Friday)
                Among other things, we should write the Token Binding drafts for ID Tokens, Refresh Tokens, and Access Tokens before Berlin

[Openid-specs-ab] Id_tokens, sessions and offline_access
                George discussed the e-mail he sent to the list with the title above
                He asked whether we would want to define a way to determine whether a session for an ID Token is still valid
                John pointed out that the back channel logout functionality could already be used for this
                George wants to clarify the relationship between the ID Token and the authenticated session
                Mike pointed out that clarifications are possible in the logout specs
