[Openid-specs-ab] Opened Summit in Santiago

We are organizing a one day summit in Santiago Chile at the University de Chile on May 31, before the IETF meeting in Buenos Aires the following week.

I will let people know once the eventbrite page for registrations is ready. 

This will be our first OPenID summit in the Southern hemisphere.
